Full refund 2 days prior to service provision


  • Traveler can cancel booking 2 days prior to provision of service for a full refund
  • Number of days is calculated based on a timezone at the location of the service provided
  • Example, experience scheduled at 7am on Sunday can be canceled before 7am on Friday
  • If traveler cancels less than 48 hours prior to start of service, the booking is nonrefundable
  • We highly recommend contacting your host before cancellation of service
  • In case of changes in date or time, your host may offer an alternative time slot, or decline
  • We understand that plans can change sometimes!

If you still need to cancel your booking, you can do so directly from your account's dashboard.
